Algometrics Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Algometrics is a Chrome extension for Amazon Influencers. This policy explains what it reads, where that information is kept, and what is never collected.

What Algometrics reads

Automatic checks

Once a day (only while Chrome is open) Algometrics opens your storefront, Creator Connections, Associates reports and your saved social profiles in background tabs, reads them, then closes them. The first full read of your storefront and each social profile happens in a small window that closes by itself. You can turn the daily campaign check and the daily socials scan off in Settings. Campaigns are never accepted automatically unless you turn on auto-accept, which is off by default.

Where your data is stored

Everything is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's extension storage. Algometrics has no server that receives your data. We cannot see your campaigns, earnings, messages or social posts.

What is sent elsewhere

What is never collected

No passwords, no browsing history outside the sites listed above, no analytics or tracking, and no sale or sharing of data with anyone.

Backups

The Backup button saves a file to your computer. It never includes Amazon login tokens. You control where that file goes.

Debug files

If you ask for help, the Download debug file button saves a file to your computer that you can choose to email to support. It contains recent Amazon page responses used to fix problems. Login tokens and chat message contents are removed before saving. Nothing is sent unless you send it.

Deleting your data

Removing the extension from Chrome deletes all of its stored data.
